2. Information we collect

We only collect what a form asks for. Nothing on this site requires you to create an account, and we never ask for payment details on this website.

• Enquiry and site visit forms: your name, mobile number and email address.
• Channel partner registration: your name, mobile number, email address, firm name and type of firm, communication address, city, state, region of operation, PAN number and — where you hold one — your RERA registration number.
• Refer & Earn: your own contact details, whether you are a Pushpam resident, the project you are referring to, and the name, mobile number and email address of the person you refer.
• Careers: your name, contact details, the role and department you are applying for, your experience and current location, links you choose to share, your covering note, and your CV if you attach one.
• Technical data your browser sends automatically, such as IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you visited.

3. Why we collect it

• To call or email you back about the property or programme you enquired about.
• To process a channel partner empanelment, including the statutory checks a PAN or RERA number is needed for.
• To contact the person you referred and to calculate and pay any referral reward that becomes due.
• To assess a job application and contact you about it.
• To keep records we are required to keep by law, and to improve how this website works.

4. Referring someone else

When you submit someone else's details through the Refer & Earn form, you confirm that you have their permission to share those details with us and for us to contact them about Pushpam Infra projects. If they ask us to stop, we stop — and we will tell you nothing further about that referral.

5. Consent to be contacted

By submitting a form you agree that we, our sales team and our authorised channel partners may contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email about your enquiry, even if your number is registered on the National Do Not Call registry. You can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to us at the address in section 10.

6. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as far as is needed to act on your enquiry:

• With our own sales, hospitality and human resources teams, and with group companies operating the project you enquired about.
• With the customer relationship management and email service providers that run our enquiry pipeline on our instructions.
• With the authorised channel partner handling your enquiry, where one is involved.
• With professional advisers, auditors, or any authority, court or regulator where the law requires disclosure.

7. Cookies and analytics

This website uses cookies to keep the site working and, where enabled, to measure traffic through analytics services. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may then behave differently. Pages that embed third-party content, such as YouTube testimonial films, may set their own cookies once you press play, under those providers' own policies.

8. How long we keep it

Enquiry and referral records are kept for as long as we are in contact with you and for as long afterwards as our tax and statutory record-keeping obligations require. Channel partner records are kept for the life of the empanelment and the retention period that applies afterwards. Applications are kept for up to one year unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

9. Security

This site is served over an encrypted connection and form submissions reach us over encrypted channels. Access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not send us sensitive documents you were not asked for.

10. Your choices, and how to reach us

Write to us at info@pushpaminfra.com or call +91 20673 11925 to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, to withdraw your consent, or to have your details deleted where no legal obligation requires us to keep them. We answer within a reasonable time, and in any case within the period the law allows.

11. Children

This website is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has submitted details to us, write to us and we will remove them.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our projects and processes change. The revised version takes effect from the date shown at the top of this page, so please check back from time to time.
